QUINNIPIAC BANK & TRUST CELEBRATES NEW BUILDING WITH RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY

Quinnipiac Bank & Trust celebrated the opening of its new Corporate Headquarters in Hamden with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, September 9.

Mark Candido, President & CEO welcomed a lobby full of customers, friends, bank staff and business associates to the new headquarters. Located barely one block from their initial office on Dixwell Avenue, the new building is significant in its architecture, interior design, drive-up teller window, vestibule ATM , coin counting machine, and plenty of convenient parking.

Hamden Mayor Scott Jackson, together with board members and bank principals, Mark Candido, President & CEO, and Dick Barredo, EVP, participated in the event. The new Corporate Headquarters was completed in early summer and was occupied in August. The Bank reached a milestone after five years by being awarded recently with the award for “Best Community Bank in New Haven County.

Candido commented: “Hardly did we know that in short five years this bank would be in a brand new building, having grown to almost $100,000,000 in total assets.” He added: “It’s been quite a ride, and the result of a dedicated staff, a proactive Board of Directors, and customers in need of a true Community Bank committed to the people of the greater New Haven area.”

The bank is located at 2704 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden.
