• Quinnipiac Bank Exceeds Its Offering Minimum
  Quinnipiac Bank and Trust Company (In Organization) today announced that it has exceeded its Offering minimum ($10.55 million) by raising more than $11.0 million in commitments in the Banks common stock offering. The Bank continues to collect subscriptions towards achieving the offering maximum of $13 million and is currently on track to close the offering within the next four to six weeks. (February 7, 2007)
